Welcome to Simple.org (the “Website”). The Website is maintained as a
courtesy without any warranties or representations. By using the Website,

property of Resolve to Save Lives, Inc. (“RTSL”) or its original owner.

interest in the Website. “Simple” word and logo marks are owned by
RTSL (“RTSL Marks”). RTSL Marks may be reproduced only when
included as part of a document and used in context. The Website may
also display the word and logo marks of third parties (“Third-Party
Marks”), and any and all use or reproduction of Third-Party Marks is
prohibited. The Simple Software is made available under an open-
source license (see below). All other content on the Website, including the Blog and
Documents, (the “Material”) is made available for your
noncommercial or personal use subject to the “License” below.
- License. The Material is for your personal or non-commercial use. You
may translate, alter, arrange, transform, or otherwise modify the
Material for personal or non-commercial uses, thereby creating
“Adapted Material”, and you may reproduce and share Material and
Adapted Material in all formats and media. You may not impose any
additional or different terms on Material or Adapted Material. If you
share Material or Adapted Material in any form, you must provide
attribution to RTSL and include a copyright notice that refers to these
